Preggers Week 35!!!

I am READY!!!!!

Car Seats installed: Check!
Bags Packed: Check!
Child Birthing Class completed: Check!
Pediatrician Picked: Check!

So, that about sums up my to do list for the next month. I am 28 days away from our delivery date and I CAN BARELY STAND IT!!!!!!!!

I am feeling really healthy and happy! Garry and I are feeling so blessed and ready to meet our little guy!

Happy Anniversary!!! (A few days late!!)

Garry and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary on March 7th!! I can't even express how amazing our last year has been and how grateful I am to have such a blessed life and a wonderful husband! We have had a whirlwind year for sure!!


March 7, 2009: Our Wedding Day!!! This was truly the best day of my life! We shared it with our closest friends and family and I would not change one thing!

June 21, 2009: Ironman, Coeur d'Alene!!! Garry competed in the race of his lifetime! He finished 431st out of 2153 finishers in 11 hours, 20 minutes and 21 seconds! This was truly one of the biggest accomplishments of his life!

July 1, 2009: Our new home in Frisco!! Over the summer we bought our first home together! We've already had so many awesome memories here like Garry's little sister, Amanda's graduation party, dinner parties with great friends and our baby shower! I can't wait to spend our future here making more fabulous memories!

August, 2009: This little guy started cooking! We are a little more than a month away from Maxwell's due date and I can barely wait to meet him!!

I can only hope our years to come are as exciting and memorable as this last year has been! I truly LOVE my life!

Preggers Week 34!!

With the exception of a few minor aches and pains...I feel GREAT! I am soooooo ready to meet Maxwell and I am just a short 35 days away!

The nursery is complete, we have been blessed with a ton of useful and fun gifts for Baby Maxwell, we've completed our Child Birthing class and we are just anxiously awaiting his arrival!

I have had so much fun decorating the baby room. We decided on red and brown for our colors and I think it turned out just fabulous!

30 weeks!

Baby Mize is 16 inches long and about 3 pounds now! He is really moving and shaking too! I wake up each morning and go to bed each night with him doing the hokey pokey! I feel great! My doctors appointments are every two weeks now so I am feeling really ready to have this sweet baby! Glucose and Iron testing last month went fine. His heartbeat is slowing down but as strong as it should be and he is quickly running out of room in my tummy. By the end of this pregnancy, he won't have a whole lot of room to spare! I am feeling so grateful that I feel so happy and healthy and am just so ready to meet him!

Baby Shower Bliss!!

My sister threw me a baby shower this last weekend and it was a blast! She did such a wonderful job and I had a really great time. I am so grateful that my mom and sister were able to come from Colorado! All these fun baby gifts make me so much more anxious for Max to get here!

Baby Things I Love Love Love!

I am 26 weeks pregnant this week and feeling soooooo excited about our little muffin just a bakin' away! I am so ready to meet this little guy, I can barely even stand it! In a pathetic effort to keep my mind occupied from the fact that we still have 3 months to go, I am listing all the things I love about babies and this pregnancy!!

little baby moves...the baby kicking is like constant reassurance that our little guy is healthy and happy!

garry being super protective...it's just so sweet.

sharing fun pregnancy stories with friends...i really take joy in laughing my hiny off at all the pregnancy shenanigans i partake in.

being pregnant at the same time as some of the best girlfriends in the world...jen, alli, casie; true blessings!

talking about names...maxwell, hudson, oliver, lennox, gavin, kingston...the list goes on an on!

sonograms...8 wks, 13 wks, 20 wks, all unbelievable! this baby's heatbeat is truly one of the most precious sounds i have ever heard.

my ever-expanding appetite...i can't get enough chocolate, mexican, anything spicy, pb&j, bbq...
